SPIE Oil & Gas Services is a specialized subsidiary of SPIE Group, a European leader in electrical engineering, mechanical and HVAC engineering, energy and communication systems. Over the years, three high-profile oil and gas players in the early 2000s (FORAID, IPEDEX and SPIES Enertech), the acquisition in 2007 of GEMCO, specialized in turbormachinery maintenance services, and in 2013 through the acquisition of the Australian group PLEXAL, an engineering company.

Currently, SPIE OIL & Gas is looking for Graduate Training position in HR for new graduates. The training would be for a duration of six (6) months contract with the possibility of further extension. Below are the requirements.

Designation                       : HR Graduate Trainee
Job Description                : 1) Payroll
·         To prepare and ensure the accuracy of monthly payroll for employees.
·         To ensure timely payment of statutory deductions (EPF/ SOCSO/ Tax/ Zakat).
·         To ensure new staff details are keyed in accurately into payroll system and HRIS system.
·         To ensure expenses claim has been approved before payment.
·         To calculate final payment for resigned staff.
·         To prepare all payslip accurately.
·         To monitor medical, dental and optical benefit table.

2) Taxation
·         To prepare personnel tax clearance for expatriates.
·         To prepare relevant tax documents.
·         To update any issue raise during payroll period.
·         Update all tax issues for expats and local staffs.

3) Other Duties
·         To assist in day to day HR activities.

Requirements                   :
·         Certificate/Diploma in Human Resource or Business Administration or its equivalent
·         -Proficient in English (written and oral)
·         -Proficient in MS Office
·         -Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
·         -Ability to start immediately is an added advantage
